1. ID:
   1. Copy of Driver’s License for all borrower(s)
   2. Copy of your green card (front and back), or I797 Visa approval notice and passport
2. Income:
   1. Salaried income:
      • Most recent month paycheck
      • Last 2 years W2s
      • Last 2 years Tax Returns – 1040s with all schedules
      • Employer Human Resources contact info
   2. Self-employed:
      • 2019 and 2020 business tax returns (1120s, 1065s, or 1040s with all Schedules and K-1s)
      • Proof that the company has good standing (e.g. license, CPA letter)
3. Assets:
   • Most recent 2 months Bank Statements (all pages). Need proof of source of funds for all the amounts larger than 50% of your monthly income in your bank statement.
4. Properties Owned:
   • Mortgage statement, insurance policy/binder, property tax statement and HOA statement, and lease agreements.
5. Executed Sales of Contract:
   • Please provide Cancelled Check for Earnest Money and Option Fee.
6. Survey if it is for refinance, you may get it from the seller if it is a purchase.
